Service time varies depending on the package and vehicle condition. A basic wash & wax typically takes 1-2 hours, while a full detail can take 3-5 hours. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you book your appointment.

For most services, we bring our own water supply and equipment. If electricity is needed (for certain services like ceramic coating), we'll let you know ahead of time. We're fully self-contained for your convenience!

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment is due upon completion of service. We'll send you a confirmation and receipt via email or text.

You don't need to be present during the entire service! Just leave your keys accessible and we'll handle the rest. Many of our clients schedule services while they're at work. We'll notify you when we arrive and when we're finished.

We understand plans change! Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps us serve other customers and avoid last-minute scheduling conflicts.
